After recently unveiling a new uniform look and strategy for concentrating on the friendliest service and lowest prices, Jet2 has launched a customer loyalty program called myJet2. The new program will reward customers who are loyal with a scheme where they can earn points from purchasing flights and Jet2′s other services on the internet. Then these points can be redeemed on flight bookings in the future.
Philip Meeson, Jet2′s boss, commented that they are completely dedicated to giving their customers the best offers and deals, as this loyalty program is yet another way for them to reward their customers. The more Jet2 services that customers purchase online, the more points that they will have accredited to their myJet2 account, he continued, and then these points can be used on their flights.
Each pound that is spent on an online service and flights, including tax fees, equals one myJet2 point. The points that are earned can be claimed towards the fares posted on their website. Plus, it only takes 600 points to get a one-way ticket.
The main feature of myJet2 is that it is simple, where any residential United Kingdom customer is eligible to be a member. Once they are a member, their points are collected online automatically. Also, spending the points is simple as well, where all of the destinations are split into zones and tariffs.
Early next year, developments will allow the customers of the loyalty program to redeem their points online, as well as gain more offers and benefits, like insurance, car hire, promotions, and accommodations with Jet2holidays.com.
