Flybe has announced their schedule for the coming winter while they celebrate their position as being the number 1 regional airline in the United Kingdom.  As they launch their winter schedule, they are also launching ‘Flybe Connections’, which is a more convenient booking service for more affordable and available routes for their passengers.  This means that their passengers will be able to build their own itinerary of routes with the airline.

Two leading airlines, Flybe and Air Southwest, have renewed their commitment to the Newquay Airport shortly after one of the routes had to be grounded because of the increase in the cost of fuel.  Both of the airlines, Air Southwest being the biggest operator in the airport, renewed their support to the airport this week.  This happened just shortly after Flybe made the announcement that they were going to cut the Newquay to Glasgow route, which had just launched in April.

Flybe, a southwest airline, and the Torbay Council have made a joint initiative to put mini holiday planners in the back seat pockets on their planes that fly from Exeter. The planners that they are making available to tourists are on Brixham, Paignton, and Torquay, which are the 3 towns in the English Riviera. The information has the potentential to reach an audience of up to 70,000 tourists and other passengers that are flying to and from Exeter in just one month. Flybe says that the marketing capabilities of this initiative are ’sky high’, literally.
