The fact that you no longer have a phone number to call customer service is massively detrimental. I am actively looking for a different provider since you removed the one very significant competitive advantage and route-to-service you had. You should, at minimum, provide and online chat facility. I have been using 121 for 15 years or more and have always been very happy with it but I am unlikely to continue.

Located in the village of Beldringe, a few kilometres northwest of the city of Odense, Beldringe Airport is officially known as Odense Airport. A small facility, it's mostly operative in summer, with seasonal flights from four low-cost or charter carriers: Cimber Sterling, Malmo Aviation, Orbest Orizonia and Thomas Cook. Routes run to Majorca and holiday resorts in Italy, Croatia, Turkey and Tunisia.

Passenger facilities at the airport are somewhat sparse, with comfortable seating and a restaurant as well as parking on the complex.
