Although terminal 1 was indicated on the booking. The rental was booked out of terminal 2. After waiting for 90 mins at terminal 1 we had to then go to terminal 2 to collect the car

The rail provides excellent connections to areas such as Paris, and other French towns, as well as European capitals, including Lyon, Marseille, Grenoble, Amsterdam and Brussels.
